Working out of 2 semi-private gyms in the Lake View East/Lincoln Park and River North areas, we are able to attack your health and fitness goals through properly prescribed exercise and nutrition.

ONLINE TRAINING
Not near my Chicago training locations? You can still get coaching through my app with a personalized program, tracked workouts (sets/reps/weight), and macro guidance. Choose biweekly or weekly check-ins for the level of support and accountability you want.

I personally enjoy working with people in-person as much as possible but it more comes down to your experience level and need for accountability.
The newer you are to working out or if you know you need accountability, in-person training is your best option.
If you have some experience and are able to get yourself to go workout on your own, online training is a great option to have a little guidance to keep moving in the right direction.

If you sign up for our Foundation program, your access will begin immediately.
For the Performance and Elite programs, your workout program will begin on the upcoming Monday from whenever you sign up. This is so we can have a chance to connect and so your program can be tailored to your specific goals.

Ideally, yes you need access to a gym.
We are only able to modify workouts on the Performance and Elite programs to be completed with non-traditional gym set ups (home gym, hotel gym, bodyweight, etc).

Results depend on consistency, but most clients see measurable progress in strength, body composition, or energy levels within the first 4–6 weeks. With higher tiers, you get more direct support to accelerate those results.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Many clients start with Foundation and move up to Performance or Elite once they’re ready for more accountability and support.

Foundation: Habit-based guidance (general protein intake, water, steps)
Performance: Initial Calorie and Macro Framework
Elite: Ongoing nutrition monitoring and adjustments, sample meals, shopping lists

Payments are billed monthly, and you can cancel or pause anytime. Each program receives a free first week of training and then your card will be billed. You can cancel at any time, but we do not offer refunds.

Yes, there are a few programs offered as one-time purchases. These are more specific to a particular goal (Hyrox prep, Marathon prep, etc). They are best used for specified period of time because they are not progressed beyond there set duration. You can find these program here.
