Where do you train clients?
I work out of Falcon Training Facility in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. It is a semi-private facility that offers all the equipment that we need for effective workouts and it offers a somewhat private atmosphere which is not overly intimidating if you are newer to training. My clients most come from all the surrounding neighborhoods of Lincoln Park, Lake View, and Old Town.
What makes Hybrd Performance different from other personal trainers?
We specialize in building strength, improving mobility, and preventing injuries. Our personalized approach means every program is tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Many clients come to us after struggling with cookie-cutter programs at big gyms. We know that one size doesn’t fit all so you can sure of tailored approach to health and fitness goals.
Can you help with injury prevention or rehab?
Absolutely. We design programs to reduce injury risk and improve movement quality. If you’re recovering from a past injury, we can work alongside your physical therapist to make sure your training supports your recovery.
