8 Week summer ready

Starting Monday, March 30 I will be leading you through 8 weeks of online training to help you become your fittest, fastest, and strongest.

With everything planned out for you, all thats left for you to do is put the work in.

What to Expect
  • Our program will be 4 lifts and 2-3 runs a week.

    Lifts will be on an Upper Body/Lower Body split. Runs will consist of easy, tempo, and intervals.

  • Everyone knows that what you eat is just as important as the amount of training that goes in.

    I will be your resource to make sure that through the next 8 weeks you understand your body better and how to fuel it properly.

  • While we are all working toward common goals (strength, endurance, etc), elements of your program will be tailored to what fits and works best for you.

  • Weekly group calls to connect with like-minded men going after similar goals, but working through each of our own lives.
